Well, hello there!

I’m a photo editor, project manager, and producer who brings empathy, creativity, and enthusiasm to the table. I’m an analyzer, problem solver, and collaborator in navigating all the moving parts that help bring the bigger picture into view.

Growing up, I was nurtured by a 100-acre, Tennessee farm. I care deeply about people - their roots, their dreams and realities, and the places they call home. A hot cuppa; Manhattan, golden-hour walks; sweater weather; and the window seat are some of my favorite things.

My background is in journalism and visual communications. I’ve been educated through the M.S. program in Multimedia, Photography and Design from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University; the undergraduate programs in journalism and cultural anthropology at the University of Tennessee; and the international photojournalism exchange program at the Danish School of Media and Journalism. I’m also an alum of The Kalish Workshop.

With 11 years of experience working for magazines, websites and newspapers, I’ve cut my teeth working for TIME, Guideposts Publishing, the Roane County News, Dotdash Media, The Environmental Defense Fund, the USA Today Network, and additional community publications in East Tennessee and Upstate New York.

My work has been exhibited in Aarhus, Denmark; London; Syracuse, N.Y., and United Photo Industries’ Photoville in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Let's collaborate and help your visual project take flight. I look forward to working with you!
